Is there a limit on the rewards I can receive?
No, there's no limit. The more you shop online with KickItBack, the more cash back you'll receive.
How do I get paid?
When you use KickItBack and shop online, you earn cash back. On the KickBacks page, we list all the items you've won on eBay and how much money you've earned so far. When your balance reaches the minimum required for a cashout ($5.00), you can click the "Cashout Now!" button and we'll send that money to your specified PayPal account. Items typically become eligible for payout 30 days after the date of purchase, which is a requirement that helps us prevent fraud.
What if I don't have a PayPal account?
PayPal accounts are absolutely free. Sign up here.
How much do I receive in rewards for each item I buy?
KickItBack will pay up to the percentages listed as commissions on the Shop Page.
For example, KickItBack will pay up to 1% of the final price of an eBay purchase. The final price is the actual closing auction price, fixed price amount or Buy It Now price, and doesn't include shipping, insurance or any other additional costs. The exact amount received is determined by the commissions paid to KickItBack. The payout from KickItBack will not exceed the amount paid to KickItBack.
How are my purchases tracked?
Logging into KickItBack or using one of the other approved methods approved methods to earn cash back, creates a tiny file (called a "cookie") that allows us to tag your purchase as eligible for KickItBack cash-back rewards. These cookies do expire, which is why you need to use any of the outlined methods each time you shop to ensure you earn your KickBack. After you've done so and you make a purchase, the retailer notifies us, and we credit your KickBacks account balance accordingly.
How do I ensure my purchases are tracked?
For your purchases to earn you cash-back rewards, you must first visit and log into KickItBack.com. Then you can begin shopping using one of the following methods:

Does KickItBack SPAM or Sell My Personal Information?
KickItBack will absolutely never sell your personal information. Users do receive periodic emails from us that include site updates (e.g., newly added retailers or features), buying reminders and notices (for eBay items you're watching or bidding on), notices when someone you've referred signs up, and special offers and promotions. You can opt out of each of these in your account settings.
Is this a pyramid scheme?
No. KickItBack is a 100% legal program that operates in strict accordance with relevant laws and retailer program policies.
Pyramid schemes are illegal because they require participants in order to pay to join and then refer others to recoup that investment. Conversely, KickItBack is 100% free. The revenue is provided by our Network Retailers, to whom KickItBack provides a valuable service.
Our Affiliate Program is simply an incentive to spread word about the site and a way for you to earn additional rewards. The more friends you refer, the more rewards you stand to earn. Those you refer have the same opportunity to earn rewards as you do.
Is it necessary to refer someone?
Referrals are not necessary. However, the more people you refer, the more you stand to earn in rewards. So taking advantage of our referral program is highly recommended.
How do I ensure I get credit for referrals?
All you have to do is ask your referrals to enter your username when they register.
Once you become a member, you can also create a custom link that includes your account ID, which lets us automatically credit you for the registrations that come to KickItBack from these links. You can add your custom links to your emails, blogs, Web site, Facebook or MySpace pages, or virtually any other electronic communication.
Can any of my previous (most recent) purchases be accounted for... I have made many within the last couple of months?
No, we can only track and reward you for purchases made after clicking through to a retailer's site from your KickItBack account (or using one of our shopping tools, such as the Desktop Widget or browser Toolbar Button.) Therefore, purchases made before you signed up for KickItBack cannot result in KickBacks.
Do all purchases qualify for cash-back rewards?
While most purchases do qualify, each Network Retailer has its own list of exemptions. Some retailers pay different percentages (or none at all) for different product categories.
For example, for eBay purchases, eBay Motors, "2nd Chance" offers and "Best Offer" purchases are examples of purchases that may not result in cash-back rewards.
The exact amount you'll earn is based in part upon the commission paid to KickItBack. Your KickBack cannot exceed the amount paid to KickItBack.
What factors can interfere with me receiving my cash back?
If for some reason the retailer fails to tell us about your purchase, then we have no way of knowing we need to reward you for it. Factors that could interfere with this process can include:
- Your web browser's settings (your browser needs to allow cookies from KickItBack.com and our Network Retailers)
- Methods of purchase that bypass KickItBack.com (like using auction snipers for eBay items). KickItBack cannot track these purchase because they are not made directly from your browser.
- Visiting other sites before, or waiting a day or more, before making a purchase after logging into KickItBack.com
After 5 days (or 60 days for a new Network Retailer), your purchase has failed to show up in your KickBacks account and you made the purchase directly after logging into KickItBack.com (or using another one of our approved methods), please contact us.
Why is my purchase "Pending"?
It may take 5 or more business days for your purchases to be verified and show up in your KickBacks page.
KickItBack has recently added a number of retailers to its network. While we're perfecting the reporting of purchases from these new retailers, expect longer-than-normal delays in these purchases showing up as Pending KickBacks as well as becoming available for cashout.
My purchase is "Verified," why isn't it available to be cashed out?
Once we verify that a qualified purchase has been made, it typically becomes eligible for payout after 30 days from the date of purchase. This is a fraud-prevention measure.
Under what circumstances do you reserve the right to deny cash rewards?
If we detect fraudulent bidding activity or attempts to exploit and/or disrupt our services, we will deny rewards to and/or suspend any KickItBack accounts involved. If you aren't trying to do anything illegal you have no need to worry.
Can I purchase an item using a sniper service and still get my cash-back reward from KickItBack?
No, unfortunately we can't pay out for items won through a sniping service. We can only give cash back for those items purchased on eBay.com after immediately coming from KickItBack.com or using one of the other approved methods mentioned above.
Which eBay sites do you support?
We currently support eBay.com (U.S.), eBay.co.uk (U.K.), eBay.com.au (Australia), and eBay.ca (Canada).
Why am I redirected to eBay.com instead of my preferred eBay site?
We want to give the opportunity to earn KickBack rewards to all eBay users, regardless of which eBay site you're registered on. However, there are some eBay sites that aren't compatible with KickItBack. If the eBay site that you are registered on is not compatible, we'll redirect you to the eBay.com (U.S.) site instead so you can still earn KickBack rewards.
My preferred eBay site is supported by KickItBack. Why am I being redirected to eBay.com (U.S.)?
If you generated an eBay token before we integrated eBay's international sites (eBay.co.uk, eBay.com.au, etc.), your account may be configured to use the eBay.com (U.S.) site. To update this setting, simply generate your eBay token again.
Who owns and operates KickItBack?
KickItBack is owned and operated by its parent company, Auctiva Corp., eBay's largest third-party developer. KickItBack operates in strict accordance with eBay's Affiliate Program policies and those of our other network retailers. KickItBack is neither owned nor operated by eBay or any other of its network retailers.
